If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that Organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms. “You” and “your” will refer to both you and that Organization.

User Accounts

Electrification Academy may also reference your company name and general sector affiliation for marketing and promotional purposes, provided no confidential information is disclosed and such use does not imply endorsement.

Subscriptions & Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

Refunds: Unless otherwise specified or required by law, fees are non-refundable. EU residents may withdraw from purchases within 14 days unless digital content has been accessed.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELECTRIFICATION ACADEMY OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE U.S. DOLLAR (USD $1), REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Electrification Academy and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or violation of these Terms.

Term and Termination

You may terminate by discontinuing use. We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. All clauses that by nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Legal actions shall be brought in courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Export Controls and Sanctions

You agree not to use the Services if you are located in or are a national of a country subject to U.S. sanctions or are on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, war, government action, or internet outages.

Data Processing Agreement

For users subject to GDPR who require a DPA, please contact us at media@electrification-academy.com to request execution of such agreement.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy represent the full agreement.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Waiver: No waiver shall be deemed a further waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign freely.
Notices: We may notify you via email or through the Services.
Translation: If provided in other languages, the English version governs in case of conflict.
