The team supports customers across the full lifecycle of a localised assembly line:
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM) consulting for new ESS, EV and mobility pack programs using expertise drawn from companies like EVE, Gotion and CATL.
- Custom line engineering and integration tailored to specific cell formats, module configurations and target throughput.
- Welding studies and sample customisation of structural parts (end plates, banding strips, CCS) from the Atlanta facility.
- Commissioning, operator training and ongoing O&M with NRTL field-evaluation support (UL, Intertek, TUV, CSA) to clear local AHJ inspections.
