Envaion by Dolav is a branded product line and safety-technology platform developed by Dolav, a global manufacturer of heavy-duty structural-foam plastic pallet boxes. Envaion focuses on certified containment systems for the safe storage and transport of lithium-ion batteries across EV, micromobility, consumer electronics, collection schemes, logistics networks, and recycling facilities.

At the core of Envaion’s solutions is AkkuGrain®, a patented granular material that provides active thermal and gas mitigation during lithium-ion battery failures. Integrated into fixed-geometry inlay systems inside Dolav’s UN-certified HDPE pallet boxes, AkkuGrain® enables lightweight polymer containers to meet stringent P911 and DOT-SP-21619 requirements by suppressing thermal runaway, absorbing toxic gases, and limiting fire propagation.

The flagship VIO 10 Pro combines Dolav’s proven structural-foam container architecture with prescribed, replaceable AkkuGrain® inlays, delivering predictable safety performance for damaged, defective, or end-of-life batteries up to 9 kWh. These reusable systems support the entire battery lifecycle—from initial collection and temporary storage to hazardous-goods transport and recycling intake—offering a compliant, lower-weight alternative to traditional metal containment products.

Through controlled availability of bulk AkkuGrain® for approved applications such as first-responder kits, Envaion extends its active-safety technology beyond container systems while maintaining strict safety and regulatory governance.
