Battery Systems Engineer: From designing and certifying high-voltage packs to building the production lines that manufacture them—Mahmoud's experience spans automotive and aerospace, from cell selection and pack architecture through thermal runaway safety, BMS design, and certification to UL 2580 and UN 38.3. He currently develops the 800V pack for Swisspod's hyperloop sprint vehicle.
