Electrode Manufacturing
This is the precise processes taking raw materials, current collectors and converting them into electrodes. Active materials are typically mixed into a wet slurry, coated onto conductive foils, dried, and compressed to form anodes and cathodes rolls.

Cell Assembly
Finished electrodes are assembled into complete battery cells. This includes stacking or winding the electrodes with separators, inserting them into cell housings, and adding electrolytes. The process requires exact alignment and sealing to ensure internal safety and optimal ionic flow.

Cell Finishing
Assembled cells go through critical finishing steps such as formation cycling, aging, testing, and final inspection. These steps stabilize the cell’s chemistry, activate performance, and verify quality. The cells are then ready for integration into battery packs or storage systems.

Manufacturing Enabler and Infrastructure
In a battery cell manufacturing facility, systems, tools, and software support overall operations beyond core process equipment. This includes solvent recovery, clean and dry rooms, internal logistics, and quality control systems to ensure safety, compliance, and product consistency.
